Pet Sitting Trip
A pet sitting trip to customer's home to provide basic pet services for food, water, disposal, and assessment of pet's condition. Additional pets will be $4 per pet.

Monthly Contract Fee

Full House Check
A house check will include the following and any other items requested by the Customer:
• Check door and window locks.
• Move lights around as agreed to with Customer.
• Replace light bulbs as needed to keep specific lights on as agreed to with Customer.
• Monitor thermostat and HVAC. Adjust to temperature as agreed to with Customer.
• Check sinks, toilets, and other plumbing for leaks.
• Indoor Plant Care for up to 5 indoor plants
• Check house after bad weather. Look for damage in the neighborhood. Contact Customer for actions to be taken if damage is detected. Take emergency action if necessary.
• Monitor contractor services (visual check only) for cleaning home, mowing lawn, and servicing pool. Contact contractor and attempt to resolve issue. Inform Customer and discuss any further actions to be taken.
• Monitor trees and shrubs (visual check only). Contact homeowner for actions to be taken if anything needs attention.
• Monitor rainfall and adjust sprinkler systems.
• Monitor and bring inside flyers, papers, boxes left at house.
• Check for mail in mailbox and put mail inside the house.
• Set security system.
• Maintain a written log of home and property status.
• Provide status to Customer on a regular basis by phone or email as agreed with Customer.

Quick House Check
Walk through all rooms of the home and walk the property, making a visual check of everything, plus the following:

Special Pet Services
Special services may be provided for customer's pets, including providing medication, walking the dogs, grooming the pets, etc. Services are provided based on a charge of $25 per hour.

Departure Preparation
Departure preparation services which can include a variety of activities. Pricing is based on the number of trips involved and number of hours. Customer can request the standard departure service package plus other optional services.
Standard Service
-Reset thermostat and HVAC as advised by Customer
-Set water heaters to vacation setting or turn off as appropriate
-Turn off ice maker(s).
-Turn off and unplug all computers.
-Turn off all lights except lights to be on timers.
-Install timers for lights.
-Turn off and unplug all electric appliances.
-Make sure no water is running to pool, toilets, faucets, washer.
-In winter, make sure pipes are wrapped.
Optional Services
-Remove any items from refrigerator(s) that may spoil.
-Kitchen cleanup.
-Carry out trash (all rooms).
-Overall housecleaning service.
-Transportation to the airport.

Quick House Stop
