A special trip to customer's house, including special trips requested by the customer, and trips made to check on the house after bad weather.
• Make an emergency trip to the house in response to a call. The call could come from anyone – homeowner, a neighbor, the alarm company, a relative, etc. The trip may also be dictated by extreme weather conditions.
• Alert Customer as appropriate.
• Take action as dictated by the situation and agreed to with Customer.
• Set security system (if house has been entered).
• Maintain a written log of trip.
• Provide a written summary of the event when status is prepared. |
